Dear HKPS Member,

To comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap. 486 of the Hong Kong Laws, HKPS has to obtain your written consent to the new Privacy Policy Statement (PPS) so as to use your data for effective communication and operation. 

You will receive an email with the new PPS and consent form. Please read the PPS and submit your written consent by 30 September 2024. If no reply is received from you, HKPS will have to stop using your personal data from 1 January 2025 onward, including all communication, except notifying you about HKPS General Meetings and membership renewal.

The PPS is self-explanatory. If you cannot consent to it as a whole, please inform [email protected] so that we will arrange termination of your HKPS membership. You may apply to rejoin. All new membership applicants have to give their written consent to the PPS.
