This 2-hour in-person exchange forum explores how people across the lifespan navigate personal catastrophes and how Chinese cultural contexts shape help-seeking and adjustment. The facilitators will illustrate a flexible, transdiagnostic ACT approach for cultivating psychological flexibility, values-guided action, and reduced experiential avoidance, with time for case-based discussion.
