This intensive three-day training program is designed to equip mental health professionals with a deep understanding of the UP and the skills to apply it effectively in diverse clinical settings. The course is structured to combine evidence-based knowledge, hands-on practice, and localised protocols tailored for group therapy implementation. The Unified Protocol is an innovative, emotion-focused treatment that targets core psychological processes underlying multiple disorders, equipping clients with skills and strategies for managing symptoms across diagnoses. Participants are expected to be working as a mental health professional with clinical practice. Participants will receive a Unified Protocol Certificate of Completion if they have attended all in-person sessions, and fulfilled development of attitude and skills, as assessed by the trainers.
