Event Details

In our journey of care and wellbeing, physical health is just as vital as psychological resilience. But how often do we pause to understand the pain we carry—especially in our necks, shoulders, and limbs?

Join us for an engaging evening with Ms. Stephanie Luk, a seasoned physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience in pain management and holistic care.

Our Speaker:

Ms. Stephanie Luk, Registered Physiotherapist, a graduate of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, holds a Diploma in Acupuncture from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and a Master of Social Science in Counselling from the University of South Australia. With over two decades of experience, she specialized in complex pain management in outpatient clinics at Prince of Wales Hospital and Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital. Her approach integrated physical treatments with psychological support under a biopsychosocial model. As an educator, she mentored physiotherapy students and conducted workplace safety assessments and training for nursing staff. Since 2019, Ms. Luk has run her private practice at Layken Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre.
