Job Purpose: The core purpose of this role is to provide professional input to Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPS) Service. S/he works closely with the Clinical Psychologist & Service in-charge, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Service, to lead the development and implementation of the mental health and psychosocial support emergency service, youth mental health promotion and response program, community psychoeducation, and psychological first aid trainings to support Hong Kong Red Cross (HKRC) in delivering its humanitarian services to fulfill its vision and mission. S/he will ensure effective implementation of the strategies and drive implementation and action to achieve the departmental goal to improving the wellness of vulnerable people in an effective and efficient way.
